Our design center is responsible for developing comfortable and convenient power garden tools for end-users, while maintaining performance. Our QC department, consisting of engineers, oversees operations with the assistance of a flow chart that tracks incoming materials and outgoing products. Employees are required to follow the procedures designated by the flow chart. Inspection of finished products and follow-up with shipping are also part of our standard procedures.
